ElitSwim is the next generation of swimming.
This is our ElitSwim (Pre-Competitive) Build Skills exclusive small group program with a highly trained coaching staff on the world's most advanced training regimen. Using our sophisticated experience in European technique and style with a medley of American training, we have consistently built a strong and passionate character within our athletes for their ultimate performance. 

Founder - Paschalis Ntatsos is one of the top ASCA International Level 5 swim coaches in the nation. He has successfully created an elite program unique in its approach to the sport of swimming. With his advanced skills, Mr. Ntatsos has empowered his exclusive coaching staff with a similar knowledge level through an arduous selection process. ElitSwim portrays an environment capable of delivering low-group ratio instruction with a positive team atmosphere to yield the desired results.

ElitSwim is a satellite of organizations/programs whose common purpose is to provide the highest instruction and support for individuals of all ages. 
With love and respect for the sport of swimming ElitSwim embraces the three core values of Olympism. Excellence, Respect, and Friendship.

Excellence: Excellence means doing the best we can, on the field of play or in our professional life. The important thing is not winning, but taking part, making progress and enjoying the healthy combination of body, will, and mind.

Respect: This includes respect for yourself and your body, for other people, for rules and regulations, for sport, and for the environment.

Friendship: Friendship is at the heart of the Olympic Movement. It encourages us to see sport as an instrument for mutual understanding between individuals, and between people all over the world.

 

ElitSwim Includes:

  1. ElitSwim (Swim School) - Swim Lessons' sole contractor/provider offers a variety of programs for students of all ages and levels of experience for the City of San Ramon, CA. The program performs over 12,000 lessons per season from April to early October. Our skill progression structure sets students up for success and establishes a strong foundation while instilling a love of swimming in a positive and supportive environment.

  2. ElitSwim (Pre-Competitive) Build Skills - Exclusive small group program offering the world's most advanced training regimen with our highly qualified coaching staff for all athletes that: a) want to improve technique in all four strokes, b) gain endurance and strength, c) fun way to stay fit or cross-train for other sports, d) training for league and high school water polo and swimming e) consider this as a lifetime sport activity. This program is also a stepping stone from pre-competitive or summer league to competitive swimming for many of our current ES athletes.

  3. ElitSwim Club (Competitive) - For those seeking a greater challenge, our competitive age group programs offer a distinct edge. Athletes are led down a pathway of continued education in the sport.
    This ES program is designed to provide leading professional coaching and initiatives to assist athletes in developing to their full potential and competing at the highest levels. To encourage and support student-athletes as academic and athletic excellence goes hand in hand and complements one another. 
    ElitSwim Club is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit organization and is part of USA Swimming and Pacific Swimming.
    ES is operated by a professional coaching staff and governed by a Board of Directors, with help from parent volunteers throughout the year.
