ElitSwim is proud of its diversified coaching staff, which has extensive experience in competitive and technical swimming. Each staff member has received advanced training and is equipped with a streamlined set of skills to provide the most wholesome training experience possible in each practice.
What We Offer
Starting rate: $17/hour with competitive compensation

We're searching for enthusiastic people about learning to swim and participate in our programs.
A basic understanding of swimming is preferred but not essential.
Referral Bonus!
We offer a $100 referral bonus for any new coach you bring who works for a minimum of one month.

Returning Instructors: Only complete step 1
Step 1: Complete Application Forms
Fill out the two attachment forms and return them to Paschalis Ntatsos ([email protected]) in person or by email:
- Employment Application Letter - Your parents must sign it if you are under the age of 18.
- Scheduling Form 2025 - Shows your availability for swim lessons

Step 2: Create Your Account (New Instructors Only)
Create an account at www.elitswim.com as a coach HERE or under the Join Now! > Coaches Only! section.
- Include all your information
- Add Member (you)
- Choose the Coaches group
- Click Save
For 16-year-olds and under, please share the login info with your parents.
Step 3: Complete Onboarding (New Instructors Only)
ONLY individuals who have been cleared by the Director of ElitSwim and passed their first interview can continue to this step.

Your member account has been created, and it will only be visible on the Coaches Only! tab of the Home page when you are logged in.
You can access the following in this tab:
- a) Employee Welcome Packet tab - Contains an overview of the items, guidelines, shift responsibilities, W2W (Scheduling/Shifts), clocking in and out, and important info to provide our instructors about the swim lesson process and comprehend the structure of our programs.
- b) Employee Hiring Packet tab - Please follow the directions to set up your employee account and become an ElitSwim Coach, as well as the steps to complete the Important Tax and Employment Items.
