This practice schedule is only for the ElitSwim - Pre-Competitive programs.

Practice Schedule: Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center(DVAC/DVHS):

Year round practice hours are held between 5pm to 6pm., Monday through Friday.

IMPORTANT INFO: From Monday, the 12th, 2024 all groups will have to move up an hour.
So the 5pm Groups will move at 6pm and the 5:30pm groups will move at 6:30pm. 
We expect this time slot will last until the end of Oct early November, but we will communicate in advance since we'll be aware of when their season concludes.

Minor changes are sometimes necessary to accommodate the High School programs, and we will notify you of such changes here. 
All members will receive email notifications in advance. 

Practice Schedule: San Ramon Olympic Pool(SROP/California High School):

All practices are held between 7-8 pm on weekdays and 9-11 am on Saturdays. 
Changes occur only during the summer school break when all practices move to 4-5pm on weekdays, and Saturdays remain the same time slot.
