How Billing works for the SwimAmerica Program

Once you register, the class day and time that you select are yours until you decide to stop. Your monthly fee is debited directly from your credit card or checking account on the first of each month.

Registration fees are per swimmer, and paid once every 365 days from the time you first register with our program. The registration fee is non-refundable.

If you want to cancel your classes, we require written notice. The written notice must be submitted to KATY Aquatics prior to the 20th of the month via email to [email protected]. A confirmation email will be sent acknowledging receipt of the request.

Accounts can only be suspended for a whole calendar month at a time. We do not prorate or do partial month of lessons. When you choose to suspend your account, your child will be removed from his/her class. If/when you choose to return to KATY Aquatics SwimAmerica, please contact the office to reactivate your account and discuss current class availability.
