Katy Aquatics is a non-profit swim company located in Katy, Texas. We have a competitive team, as well as a Learn to Swim program.

We are currently seeking applicants for part time Learn to Swim Instructor positions to work with our SwimAmerica program. Learn to Swim Instructors will be working with swimmers ages 3-14 years with a wide range of abilities. Learn to Swim Instructors also have the opportunity to work with our Adult and Special Needs programs.

Instructors will need to be able to adequately demonstrate swimming skills in classes. Katy Aquatics has two Learn to Swim locations in Katy at Tompkins High School and Seven Lakes High School. Classes are from 4:45 pm–8:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 9:15 am–1:00pm on Saturdays. We are closed on most of KISD holidays.

Other duties will include attending in water training and monthly meetings.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of swimming
• Consistent attendance
• Positive attitudes
• Experience working with children
• Certified SwimAmerica Instructor or willing to become certified

Education: High School or equivalent

Background checks and drug testing are mandatory before starting employment with us.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
