NOVEMBER RACES are ON!

November at the Races, was a great Saturday for HPSC.

What a way to kick off November and say good by to Daylight Saving Time.  (remember clocks set back tonight)

Thank you to all of our parents who helped at the meet.  From timers & runners to officials.

I truly appreciate all of your help to keep the meet rolling.

A few things to note:
*22 = Athletes
*133 = Splashes from the block
*84 = personal / new times
*23 = new time standard (level)
*15 = DQs (disqualifications)
*1 x GREAT SATURDAY MORNING WITH OUR TEAMMATES!

The meet results should be in your account (team unify) - once you log in, you'll see your swimmers times under the member tab.  You can either select the individual meet for results or overall best times.   

If you select BEST TIMES, be sure to select the appropriate length of the races.   This meet was SHORT COURSE METERS.  

If you have trouble with your account / login - please let me know.   Check your emails / website for our next Saturday at the Races date. 

As mentioned above we had a few DQ's today.   There are a few things to help with these.  
More attention and focus in practices.  Make each action deliberate.  
Also - slowing down in practice to we can be sure to focus on the details, not what time it is or how many sets we have left.
