Group Overview:
The Championship Training Group is the highest level of training at High Point Swim Club, Inc designed for elite swimmers who have achieved qualifying standards at the state, sectional, or national level. These athletes demonstrate exceptional commitment, consistency, and a drive to perform at the highest levels of the sport.
Focus Areas:

Group Overview:
The Senior Local group supports high school-aged swimmers (13 & over) who want to continue training and improving while maintaining a more flexible schedule. This group is ideal for multi-sport athletes or those with academic or extracurricular commitments, offering a structured and competitive environment without the demands of travel competition.

The Age Group Local group supports swimmers ages 9–13 who are developing their foundational skills and enjoy competing in local meets. This group is ideal for athletes who may have other activities or commitments but still want to grow in a fun, structured, and competitive environment.

This group is a great fit for swimmers interested in improving technique, building endurance, and gaining exposure to competitive swimming in a flexible, lower-commitment format.

This group is all about building confidence, stroke fundamentals, and a love for the sport in a fun and supportive setting.
Focus Areas:
