Academic Year: September—May

During the academic year the aquatics center employs a number of Whitworth students as lifeguards, cashiers, and swim lesson instructors.

· Lifeguards must have current certifications in Lifeguarding & CPR/First Aid (a course will be provided for all who are interested).

· WSI training is not required but helpful.

· Must be a Whitworth Student to be employed during the academic year.

Summer: May– August

During the Summer the aquatics center employs a number of student workers as lifeguards, cashiers, and swim lesson instructors.

· Lifeguards must have current certifications in Lifeguarding & CPR/First Aid (a course will be provided for all who are interested).

· WSI training is not required but helpful.

· Must be 16 years of age and currently enrolled or finishing enrollment in high school or college.
