Whitworth Aquatics Center is Hiring Summer Lifeguards and Swim Instructors

Summer Lifeguard and Swim Instructor positions start at $16.28 per hour (part-time or full-time).

Tentative start date: May 18th, 2024

Tentative end date: September 1st, 2024

Requirements & Expectations

Lifeguards must have a current Red Cross/CPR Certification.  A course will be offered to any prospective employees who do not have the above certifications.

Swim Instructors need to be interested in working with children; prior teaching experience a plus!

Must be available between 8am and 5pm.

Work-study not required but can be beneficial.
