Amanda Martinez
Head Coach - Jr Elite Cheer "TNT"/Tumbling Coach
Amanda has been coaching all-star cheerleading for past 17 years, where she has developed a love for inspiring young athletes. She is also the mother of 2 handsome, rambunctious little boys, Christian and Charlie and is married to her wonderful husband, Rogelio. Amanda is currently a full-time college student attending Colorado Mesa University, where she is majoring in Secondary Education, specializing in Spanish.
As an all-star competitive cheerleader, Amanda earned countless NCA All-American titles and is a 3-time National Champion, as a member of the Senior Elite Team "Cheer Express". Her passion and dedication to the sport of cheerleading as an athlete, turned into a love for coaching here at Express Allstars, where she helps athletes develop confidence, teamwork, resilience and skills, but most importantly instilling a love for the sport of cheer that still remains ignited within her to this day. Amanda is not only a successful coach but is also a CHSAA Certified Technical and Panel Judge and is credentialed in stunting & tumbling with the USASF. She is also on the Board of Directors with the MCJCA.
Alyssa Billingsley
Head Coach - Sr Co-Ed Elite "Blackout"
Aly is a native Texan and fell in love with cheer at a very young age, thanks to Friday Night Football! She cheered throughout high school and was the captain of the varsity squad. Aly is a NCA Collegiate National Champion, which she won as a member of the University of Texas , Arlington COED Team. She is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Mass Communications. She also enjoyed traveling the US as a member of the NCA Staff as an instructor. Aly loves spending time with baby boy Jackson and her husband Jared.
Melissa Furnace
Tumbling Instructor/Coach
Melissa has 20 years of experience coaching tumbling, gymnastics and cheerleading. She grew up in South Texas & Wyoming where she spent 10 years as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader. She attended Mesa State College and cheered on their team for two years. Melissa traveled the US teaching summer camps as a UCA Instructor. She coached a varsity team here in the valley for 5 years before starting a family. Melissa is a Fitness Instructor and Marketing and Events Coordinator for Crossroads Fitness. Cheerleading and tumbling have always been a huge passion for her and she is so grateful to be coaching again and being able to share her passion with the community of Western Colorado.
Kaitlyn Fournier
Dance Instructor/Coach
Kaitlyn is a dedicated cosmetologist and the owner of her salon. However, she is no stranger to the world of competitive dance, as she trained and competed with the Express Allstar program for twelve years. Her passion for beauty and movement shines through everything she does - whether it's helping her clients feel confident in their skin or guiding dancers towards their full potential. Kaitlyn was a dance worlds competitor and has won countless national championship titles during her time with Express as an athlete. Outside of work, Kaitlyn is the proud mom of three energetic boys, Kanye, Kingston, and Creeden. She loves spending time with her family, being in the outdoors, embracing adventure, and balancing her busy life.
Brianna Geyler
Cheer Instructor/Recreation Program Coach
Bri started cheering at a young age. Throughout her years, she won many awards, was a 4-time All-American recipient with the National Cheerleaders Association, and was a varsity cheerleader for all four years. She attended Colorado Mesa University, majoring in forensic science, but is now attending school as a respiratory therapist. She went on to coach a varsity cheer team here in the valley before accepting a position with the Mesa County Junior Cheer Association and the Express All Stars, where she is a part of the recreation program. Bri is committed to helping each athlete discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and shine bright as an individual and as a team. She feels each practice is an opportunity for growth on and off the mat, so "Let's cheer each other on as we embark on this journey together". She enjoys sharing her joy for cheerleading with her daughter Eryial.
