The Express All Star Cheer & Dance Academy is 7000 square feet of training facility designed specifically for the sport of cheerleading and dance and is the only one of its kind on the Western Slope. With our athletes safety at the forefront, our cheerleaders train on a full spring floor built for tumbling, jumps and stunting and our dancers dance on a floating wood floor with a marley surface. The training area is equipped with weights, lifting equipment, etc, for strength, flexibility and agility training. Our open concept design gives our athletes plenty of room to work their skills and techniques safely.  Our beautiful lobby is welcoming to our parents and spectators that would like to stay and view practices and training sessions. All training rooms are easily viewable on our TV monitors in the lobby. Our party place "The Confet-tea Room" is a magical space for custom birthday parties, paint parties, crafts, activites for kids, adults and small gatherings.
