Life Time is a year-round USA Swimming team in Colorado promoting a lifetime of wellness through the sport of competitive swimming.   We subscribe to the principles set forth by USA Swimming, Safe Sport, and our own anti-bullying policy.  Learn more in our team handbook.

We accept new swimmers & transfers of all ages and abilities throughout the entire year.  We offer tryouts to new swimmers to ensure optimal placement in our training groups & levels.

Our staff of professional coaches provides high-quality training and technique instruction.

We attend USA swim meets.

We offer different training locations in Colorado at Life Time Fitness.  Every location offers state of the art training facilities, as well as features the whole family will love like free wifi, cafe', child care, fitness classes, etc.  Swimmers can become a member of Life Time individually, or as part of a family.
