| Notes | It's common for swimmers to have varying time standards across different strokes and distances, which may evolve as they mature. It's natural for a swimmer's best stroke and preferred distances to change over time. It's advisable not to specialize until the swimmer has completed physical maturation. Swimming across all strokes and distances contributes to both physical and mental development throughout a swimmer's career. |
