How to Sign up to Volunteer at Meets
Registering to Volunteer
- Make sure you are logged into the website.
- Go to the Meet Registration page (CTRL + Click to open in a new window so you can continue following this guide).
- Scroll down to find the meet you're looking to sign up for. Click on "Job Sign-up" (button on the right of the screen).
- Choose a job based on the job description, and the date/time of the job (listed in the right column).
- Click on the checkbox next to the job to select it. If a name is already listed, this job has already been filled.
- Once the job is selected, click the "Signup" button (on the top left of the window).
- Enter your name and contact info, and click save.
- Check that your name is now listed next to the job you selected.
- If you need to remove or change a job, and the sign-up deadline has not passed, repeat steps 1-3, click the job you wish to drop, and click the "Remove Sign-up" button.
