How to Sign up to Volunteer at Meets

Registering to Volunteer

  1. Make sure you are logged into the website.
  2. Go to the Meet Registration page (CTRL + Click to open in a new window so you can continue following this guide).
  3. Scroll down to find the meet you're looking to sign up for. Click on "Job Sign-up" (button on the right of the screen).
  4. Choose a job based on the job description, and the date/time of the job (listed in the right column).
  5. Click on the checkbox next to the job to select it. If a name is already listed, this job has already been filled. 
  6. Once the job is selected, click the "Signup" button (on the top left of the window).
  7. Enter your name and contact info, and click save.
  8. Check that your name is now listed next to the job you selected.
  9. If you need to remove or change a job, and the sign-up deadline has not passed, repeat steps 1-3, click the job you wish to drop, and click the "Remove Sign-up" button.
