How to Sign up for Meets
Registering for Meets
- Make sure you are logged into the website.
- Go to the Meet Registration page. (CTRL + Click to open in a new window so you can continue following this guide)
- Scroll down to find the meet you're looking to sign-up for. Click on "Edit Commitment" on the right of the screen.
- Click on the Event Description to see which CW Groups are attending the meet. If your swimmer is in a group that isn't set to attend the meet, you will not be able to register.
- Select the swimmer you want to register, and use the drop-down menu to select whether you would like to sign them up for the meet, or declare that they will not be attenting.(If you choose to decline the meet, make sure to save before exiting the page)
- There is no need to select events as our coaches will evaluate entries and select events.
- Times listed in red on this page are times that do not meet the meets' qualifying standards. If your swimmer does not have any times that meet the qualifying standards, you will not be able to register them.
- You can leave a note in the box at the top of the entry if there is any information you need to communicate to coaches. (Example: if there are certain sessions you cannot attend)
- Save your entry and review by repeating steps 1-3.
- If you need to make changes, and the registration deadline has not passed, please contact your swimmers' lead coach to make changes.
- If you need to make changes, and the registration deadline has passed, please reach out to the Meet Entry Chair, Josh Wood, to request a change before it is sent to the meet host. Once submitted to the meet host, changes to entries are rare. Refunds are not given if changes are requested after entries are sent to the meet host, as we send payment along with the submission.
