The Foothills Area YMCA Swim Team is a member of the Carolina YMCA Swim League and USA Swimming. We are dedicated to not only helping athletes grow and succeed in the sport of swimming, but creating healthy habits and minds in today's use.

Our team practices at both Central Clemson Recreation Center and the Foothills Area YMCA - Cottingham Campus. We have four groups using these two locations 6 days a week.
