Division II Results!

     First of all, I just wanted to congratulate all of our swimmers for an outstanding job this past weekend!  As most of you have heard by now, the Division II meet that we recently attended in Jupiter, FL went extremely well!  The meet started out on a very good note Friday evening with serveral swimmers achieving life time best times.  Fortunately, we were able to carry that momentum into Saturday and Sunday’s events!  Roughly, we had more than 100 best times over the weekend and out of the 38 swimmers that traveled to the meet, almost eveyone attained a minimum of 1 Junior Olympic Cut!  I believe that this is a very good sign for JO’s and the entire coaching staff is extremely excited about how our swimmers are going to perform within the next couple weeks!  We really need to remain positive and focused over the next week to ensure some great swims!  I am very proud of the way everyone has been training and the amount of effort that I see at workouts.  Lets work together to keep that energy rolling!
