14 & Under Junior Olympic Results

Congratulations to all our swimmer's that competed in this year's "14 & Under Long Course Junior Olympics" at Plantation.  We had 92 personal best times, some improving in prelims and then again during finals.

Pine Crest Swimming finished 3rd overall for the Girls Team Scores, just 4 points behind Team FLA.  Our Boys finished 11th overall for Boys Team Scores.  The Combined Team Scores placed Pine Crest Swimming in 5th place overall.

Special recognition to our JO Champions; Jamie Flores (50 back and 100 back), and Caroline Nava (50 fly and 100 free).  Also to our JO Relay Champions; 200 Freestyle (Caroline Nava, Lindsey Swartz, Ainsley Anderton, Miriyam Ghali), 200 Medley (Caroline Nava, Amber Lubie, Lindsey Swartz, Miriyam Ghali), and 400 Freestyle (Caroline Nava, Lindsey Swartz, Miriyam Ghali, Marin Mullen).

The 200 Medley Relay for 13-14 Girls broke the Pine Crest Swimming record with a 2:07.88.  Caroline Nava broke the 50 fly 13-14 team record with a time of 30.07.
