Junior Olympic (Results)

Congratulations to all our swimmers that competed in this past weekend's "14 & Under Long Course Junior Olympics" at Plantation.  We had 34 representing Pine Crest and loads of personal best times.

Pine Crest Swimming finished in 2nd place overall for the Girls Team Scores, and 3rd overall for the Combined Team Scores.  Congratulations to the following swimmers that finished in the top 8, making finals and earning points for the team in their individual events:  Marta Ciesla, Hank Contich, Jamie Flores, Sabrina Gornisiewicz, Anton Gueneralov, Amber Lubie, Marin Mullen, Jessica Nava, Alexa Rivera, Bailey Warren, Noah Zylberberg.  We look forward to the time when both Marissa & Tiana Brannan move from the unattached status to attached for our team.

We also had the following swimmers finish in the top 5  for individual high points.

Jessica Nava - 2nd place (11-12 girls) "High Point Award for 2nd place"

Marta Ciesla - 4th place (13-14 girls)

Hank Contich - 4th place (13-14 boys)
