PC Swimmers Nationally Ranked

Special recognition for those swimmers that not only made a statement in the pool at Senior Champs but are also Nationally Ranked for their Age Group:

Marta Ciesla (14 years old)

50m freestyle - ranked 5th in the country for her age group, in a time of 26.70

100m freestyle - ranked 14th in the country for her age group, in a time of 58.64

Jessica Nava (13 years old)

100m butterfly - ranked 3rd in the country for her age group, in a time of 1:02.77.  This time broke the 1985 Club Record and earned Jessica her first Junior National cut.

Lindsey Swartz (16 years old)

200m breaststroke - ranked 16th in the country for her age group, in a time of 2:35.98.  This time earned Lindsey her first World Champ Trials cut.

Hank Contich (15 years old)

200m breaststroke - ranked 19th in the country for his age group, in a time of 2:28.90.  Hank finished first at Senior Champs for the 15-16 age group.

The following swimmers will be participating in the Speedo Junior National Championships at Irvine, California on August 5-9:  Marta Ciesla, Jessica Nava, Lindsey Swartz, and Kent Haeffner.
