Just a quick reminder for everyone relative to our weather policy: We will hold all practices as scheduled, regardless of the weather. If the Thorguard (lightning detection system) activates due to lightning/thunderstorms, we will clear the pool and ensure all swimmers are safe and under cover. We will use the time out of the pool for dryland, team talks, film/video review, etc. See you at the pool!

2013 LSC All-Star Open Water Challenge Congratulations to Eva Sher and April Mullen for being selected to the 2013 Florida Gold Coast All-Star Team.
