It's March, and for many of our swimmers (Red, Blue, Advanced Blue), short course season has just concluded. Long course season (where we will swim meets in 50 meter pools, rather than 25 yard pools), officially gets started on April 2. What does all that mean? It's Stroke Clinic time!
