Practice Schedule this Week

Due to two Championship meets this weekend there will be several practice changes.

MASTERS IS NOT AFFECTED. PRACTICE TIMES AS USUAL AT THE ESJ POOL.

ESJ Pool:

Thursday AM practice only for all groups, NO  PM practices.

No practice anytime Friday or Saturday.

Cecil:

Friday no morning practice

JCDS:

No Change
