TIME STANDARDS

Each year, USA swimming and Florida Swimming establish time standards for each of its major meets, from age group meets to Olympic Trials, and swimmers are always striving to make their next cut. Time standards are designed to encourage age group swimmings to step their swimming up to the next level. These time standards guide you from just starting out in your age group to reaching your highest potential. Start at Level B and work your way up to Level AAAA times.
