Practice Changes for the week od Dec 2nd

Only 2 changes this week.

There will be no practices at JCDS today Dec 2nd, they will resume a normal schedule tomorrow.

There will no practice for any group at Episcopal on Friday due to the coaches being at the gator swim meet.
