Welcome to McLin Swim Team! Coaches Abby Berlin & Marina Falcone are the year-round coaches for this program.

Coach Abby has been a long-time member of Saint Petersburg Aquatics. She swam competitively for 8 years with SPA and began coaching for the club in 2021. She coached with SPA’s summer swim league for the past 3 summers, first at Northwest and then at Fossil Park. In addition, she is currently the assistant coach for Admiral Farragut Academy’s high school swim & dive team. Abby has also been employed by the City of Saint Petersburg since 2020 as a lifeguard, water safety instructor, and pool supervisor. Abby has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida. While attending UF, she taught adult swim lessons and CPR/First Aid classes to students on campus. Now, Abby is working as a 4th grade teacher for Pinellas County Schools. She is a certified K-6 educator, Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor, and a USA Swimming Level 1 Certified Coach.

4:15 pm - 4:45 pm (New swimmers and coach designated 30-minute practice) (Begins June 2, 2025)
Practice III: THIS PRACTICE HAS REACHED CAPACITY

4:45 pm - 5:45 pm (Experienced swimmers only) (Begins June 2, 2025)
Cost:
$140.00 per swimmer for 1-hour workout
$118.00 per swimmer for 30 minute workout
plus:
$49.50 per swimmer for required USA Swimming Seasonal membership. Brand new swimmers must self-register through USA Swimming SWIM 3.0. Special link will be sent upon confirmation of registration. Credit or debit card required to complete transaction.
$50 per swimmer with Outreach Application
Eligibility: Priority is given to current Junior Team, McLin, Walter Fuller and SPA Summer Swim League past participants based on available space.

Friday, June 20: McLin vs. Shore Acres at Shore Acres Pool, 4:30 pm warm-up/5:00 pm start
Saturday, June 28: Developmental Meet at North Shore Pool, 8:00 am warm-up/9:00 am start
Friday, July 11: McLin vs. Fossil Park at McLin Pool, 4:30 pm warm-up/5:00 pm start
Saturday, July 19: SSL Championship @ North Shore Pool, 8:00 AM warm-up/9:00 AM start
Saturday/Sunday, July 25-27: All Star /Area 3 Championship Meet @ North Shore Pool
