FLUiD Fees 

All payments are due at the beginning of each month. There is a $10 late fee for payments received after the first week of each month. It is strongly encouraged to have a credit card on file to avoid any late payments. There is no Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Club membership required. 100% practice participation is not required. 

Pre Competitive through Platinum groups will require a USA Swimming Registration & Fee Annually- 1 year membership. Also, a $60 T-Shirt/Cap Fee/Registration Fee will be for initial and renewed ANNUALLY.

Family members will be given discounts. These discounts will start at the highest level swimmer and then move down the line in order of the group ranking from Platinum down to Pre Competitive.

- Second Family Member - 10% Discount 

- Third Family Member - 20% Discount 

- Fourth Family Member - 30% Discount 

- Fifth Family Member - 40% Discount

Masters Team

Masters swimmers have a $50 T-Shirt/Cap/Registration Fee. You must register on the US Masters Swimming Website. All Masters swimmers must join.

Refund Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the swimmer/family , swimmers/families will not be refunded an administration fee, fundraising fee, funds collected for team merchandise orders, or reimbursement for the remaining balance of Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Club. FLUiD Swim Team registration fees are posted at the 1st of each month. Refunds after this time will be prorated per the following dates and amounts for a single swimmer: 

No refunds for cancelled practices due to weather, we do our best to reschedule. Direct all billing questions to the FLUiD coaching staff.

IMPORTANT:

If you need to put your monthly account on hold for the month please notify us at [email protected] two weeks before the 1st of the month.

MEETS:

Meet entry fees will be applied and vary depending on meet and events.
