Swimmer interested in NCSA registering/linking your account with FLUiD. College bound student athletes. Ages 13 & Older As you know, the college recruiting process can be difficult to navigate. Student-athletes often don’t know what to do or when to do it. Coaches want to help but working individually with athletes is time-consuming. It’s also difficult to track progress or know when athletes need more help. FLUiD in the past the team has always done your registration for USA Swimming, this is changing September 1st. See below
Also, please remember you have to be a USA swimming registered athlete by our meet September 9 or you cannot swim. Therefore, this is quick turnaround time. When this opens on September 1, you will need to follow directions below ASAP.
USA SWIMMING
On September 1, 2022, the new 2023 registration cycle will start for USA-Swimming/Florida Swimming. USAS is launching a NEW online registration process with the introduction of SWIMS 3.0.
ALL members (current and new) will need to complete an online registration (including payment) through USA-Swimming. We will no longer be able to accept any applications through the FL Swimming office. The designated Club administrators will generate their club’s registration link:HERE for their members (athletes and non-athletes) to register for 2023 thru their club portal/3rd party vendor.
Members will be able to access their personal account at any time to update or review their records after receiving the link and creating their account. Personal information edits (address changes, email updates, etc.) will be solely the responsibility of the member.
A few things to remember…
The Deck Pass App will no longer be active effective 9/1 – a NEW mobile application will replace it intended to launch on 9/1. At this time, we do not have any additional information on this platform.
ATTENTION NON-ATHLETE MEMBERS
STRONGLY ENCOURAGED - Current 2022 non-athlete members (Coach, Jr. Coach, Official, Other): go onto your current Deck Pass account and print out a membership card. Your certification data is supposed to be synched to your new personal account, but just in case…
Current 2022 non-athlete members – you will be able to merge your existing membership data to your new USAS account. Please be advised – your current USAS member ID will no longer be utilized and when creating your new account, you will be assigned a randomly generated 14 character ID per USAS’ security protocols. You will NOT have to renew at this time to access your membership card.
Athlete members or parents of athlete members will NOT be able to access current account information unless they RENEW for 2023.

Premium - $85
NEW Seasonal 1 (Fall) - $37.50 (valid 9/1 - 1/29/2023)
Seasonal 2 (Spring/Summer 2023) - $37.50 (valid 4/1/23 - 8/28/23)
Non-athlete - $85
NEW Administrator: $30
(Applicable to members who fall under the amendment to the USAS corporate bylaws, i.e., club board members, non-coach employees, webmaster, treasurer, club registrar. If an Administrator member changes status, (e.g., to an official, coach or other), they will be required to “upgrade” and pay the difference of the membership fees.)
