Steps to Sanction USA Swimming Meet:

1. Pay sanction fee on Gulf Pay and email receipt to Natalie Melenric ([email protected]) including host team name, meet name, meet dates, and type of meet. Cost is $50 per day for meets with more than three teams; $50 total for meets with three teams or less. We will do our best to sanction your meet as quickly as possible- the more lead time, the better!  If you have an extenuating circumstance and need a quick sanction- please contact Natalie Melenric ([email protected]) to discuss- we will do our best to make it happen!
2. Complete Sanction Application and Meet Announcement - email to Natalie Melenric ([email protected])- all forms below. Be sure to send your meet announcement in a Word format for editing purposes.

• Required Meet Personnel for Sanction (Credentials in good standing as of day 1 of the meet)
  • Meet Referee
  • Adminstrative Official
  • Meet Director (must have taken and passed the current swim year's MD test)
  • Safety Marshal
  • Coach
