About Ambush Swim Team

Our Legacy:

1988 -  Ambush Swim Team initially started as a swim club called Eastex Swim Team founded in Nacogdoches, Tx. Practicing out of the local city pool, Eastex found great success competeing year-round with some of the greatest teams in East Texas, Greater Houson Area, and DFW. 

2002 - Eastex moves from the city pool to the newly build Lehmann Swim Center in Nacogdoches, Tx. 

2007 - Eastex expands into Lufkin, Tx at the newly built Lufkin Swim Center. 

2008 - Eastex becomes affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club of Deep East Texas. 

2012 - Eastex rebrands to Ambush Swim Team. This rebranding comes with the vision of becoming one of the best swim teams in Texas.
