Ambush Swimmer Code of Conduct

The purpose of the Swimmer Code of Conduct is to establish consistent expectations and behaviors within all Ambush Swim Team members. As an Ambush Swim Team Member, I understand the importance of hardwork, dedication, and respect that will provide me with the proper growth and support to become a distinguished community member.

As a member of the Ambush Swim Team, I will:

1) Respect my parents, teammates, coaches, officials, volunteers and other swim team members and coaches.

2) Show pride and enthusiasm for Ambush Swim Team.

3) Display the values of hard work, honesty, commitment, and positive teamwork by: 

- always behaving appropriately

- not using abusive or foul language

- encouraging others to do their best

4) Display sportsmanship by being humble in victory and gracious in defeat.

5) Clean up after myself at practice, swim meets, team gatherings and other Ambush Swim Team events.

** All swimmers enrolled in Ambush automatically assume the above code of conduct. If any are broken this can result from dismissal from the team.
