Ambush Parent Code of Conduct

The purpose of the Parent Code of Conduct is to establish consistent expectations and behaviors within all Ambush Swim Team parents. As a parent/guardian, I understand the importance of growth and support that the coaches of Ambush Swim Team establish within my child’s life. I also understand that it is essential to provide the coaching staff with respect and the authority to coach the team without distractions to any of the coaches or athletes.

As a parent of an Ambush Swimmer, I will:

1) Always encourage my child to be respectful, hardworking, and a good teammate

2) Show the coaching staff, officials, volunteers, and other parents respect

3) Trust the coaches and refrain from coaching any child from the stands 

4) Get involved in volunteering in booster club or swim meets and show team spirit

5) I will direct all concern to Phil Franke first; then the appropriate supervisor afterwards

** Failure to abide by this code of conduct can result in dismissal from the team
