Our Mission is to Build Excellence In and Out of the Water
At the Warrior Aquatic Club (WAC), our mission is to build an outstanding, comprehensive swim program by promoting high character scholar-athlete excellence at all levels in a safe and positive environment. We encourage every individual to achieve the highest levels of team and personal development in and out of the water.
We believe in the positive influence of youth sports, and swimming in particular, on child development. The Warrior Aquatic Club is dedicated to protecting its athletes through abuse prevention and anti-bullying education of athletes, parents, and coaches, and by adherence to our reporting policies and procedures. Our supportive team culture builds resilience, grit, and self-compassion, which aids each swimmer in achieving their goals in and out of the water. We believe every WAC swimmer can reach their full potential and have fun while doing it!
Our Vision is to Nurture Our Swimmers Who, in Turn, Nurture their Community
The Warrior Aquatic Club has been a member of the Hawaii County community for almost two decades. We aim to provide a premiere swim program to our members while treating them like family. As swimmers progress through our program, they become leaders at their schools and in the community. At WAC, we encourage our swimmers to take our positive culture with them everywhere they go. We are proud of all of our swimmers; as they graduate from our program, we hope they become invaluable role models for our younger swimmers and for everyone they meet.
