Ames Master's Aquatics Club
Welcome to AMAC! We are the only Masters Swimming team located in Ames. Our goal is to provide a positive and inclusive swim enviroment for any swimmer 18 and older. We offer a multiple swim options including coached practices (head coach on deck to run the workout, spread encouragement, introduce new swimmers, evaluate swim technique and offer feedback as requested) and Midday Swim (open swim during the lunch hour, pick a lane and hop in!)
Membership dues are $60/month* for unlimited access to scheduled practices and midday swim times. All Ames Masters swimmers must have current membership with U.S. Masters Swimming.
*There is a yearly registration fee of $25 for swimming under ACAC
**Practice times may be subject to change. Practices may be cancelled due to special events (e.g., swim meets) and/or weather conditions.

Weekdays
- Coached Practices 5:00am - 6:00am (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
- Midday Swim 11:20am - 12:55pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday)
Weekends
- Coached Practice 5:15 am - 6:15 am (Saturday)
Summer Practice Times
Weekdays
- Coached Practices 5:30am - 6:30am (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
- Midday Swim 10:20am - 12:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday)
