Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high-quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment.

The team colors are BLUE, BLACK, and SILVER.  Equipment, swim suits and warm-ups can be purchased anytime by visiting our official Life Time Swim Team sponsor Elsmore Swim Shop (see pictures below).

 

All team members will have the following loaner equipment available during practice: 

-Pull buoys, paddles, and kickboard

 

All team members must provide the following: 

-Practice suit (one piece for girls, brief or jammer style for boys)

-Team designated competition suit (Elsmore Swim Shop has these in stock: 3029 100th St, Urbandale)

-Goggles 

-Replacement and practice swim caps 

-Long Fins

-Speedo Bullet Snorkel (Gold and Silver Levels only) 

 

All team members may purchase the following optional team apparel.  

-Warm Up Jacket

-Team T-Shirt (available in youth and adult sizes for anyone that wants to support the team!)
