Spokane WAVES Annual Meeting
 

The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 23^rd at 6:30 pm

Location: Weyerhaeuser Hall, Whitworth University – Teaching Auditorium
 

All Parent Members of the Spokane Waves Aquatic Team, should attend this meeting.

The Annual Meeting is when the Membership votes on any changes to the By-Laws, approval of Policies & Procedures, election of Board of Director’s positions, and any other business that the Full Membership needs to deal with.

Nominations for upcoming vacant Board of Director’s positions can be made at this time to our Governance and Nominations Committee chairman, Ron McGregor.

Board Secretary – 2 yr. term

Treasurer – (billing, accounts receivable) – 2 yr. term

Volunteer Coordinator – 2 yr. term

Member at Large (Voting) – 2 yr. term

Member at Large (Non-Voting) – 2 yr. term
