IES Long Course Championships--July 30 - Aug 1: Spokane, WA

Our friends at SAS are hosting this year's Inland Empire Long Course Championships down at Witter Pool.  Sign up will be available as soon as we get the files from IES.  We HIGHLY encourage all swimmers who are qualified to attend this meet.  It's at a great location, it's the one Team Championship of the season, and it's going to be a lot of fun!

Remember to keep an eye on the calendar for the practice schedule.  We highly encourage all of our swimmers, especially our Age Group, Regional, and Senior swimmers, to attend the morning practices at Witter Pool.
