Starlight Invitational--July 9-11: Wenatchee, WA

We have 30+ swimmers heading over this weekend to Wenatchee.  As far as we know, there is no timeline available at this time, so check back tomorrow or Thursday before you leave.

2^nd Annual Snake River Challenge!

We had one swimmer, Nate Endebrock head down to the 2^nd open water race ever in IES.  He got 2^nd palce!  Great work Nate!

IES Long Course Championships--July 30 - Aug 1: Spokane, WA

Please sign up for our summer champs meet ASAP!!!  Our friends at SAS are hosting this year's Inland Empire Long Course Championships down at Witter Pool; it's a great opportunity for high-end competition right in our backyard.  We HIGHLY encourage all swimmers who are qualified to attend this meet.  It's at a great location, it's the one Team Championship of the season, and it's going to be a lot of fun!

Calendar Reminder--July

Remember to keep an eye on the calendar for the practice schedule.  We highly encourage all of our swimmers, especially our Age Group, Regional, and Senior swimmers, to attend the morning practices at Witter Pool.

Calendar Reminder--August

Unlike previous years, we are going to continue to offer practices during the month of August.  However, those practices will not be at Whitworth, which will be closed for the month for maintenance.  From Tuesday, August 3 until Friday, August 27, we will offer practices in the morning at Witter Pool on the following schedule:

Masters:              6:00-7:30 AM     Monday-Friday

Seniors:               8:00-10:00 AM   Monday-Friday

Regionals:           8:00-10:00 AM   Monday-Friday

Age Group:         8:00-9:15 AM     Monday-Friday

Ripples:               9:15-10:00 AM   TBD*

Recreation:        9:15-10:00 AM   TBD*

*We will finalize the complete schedule tonight during our monthly coaches meeting.
