Coaches Note 07-13-10
We are literally sprinting to the finish of our summer long course season. Please make sure that you sign up for the Inland Empire Long Course Championships, held July 30-August 1 at Witter Pool here in Spokane. This meet does require qualifying times, which can be found here.
Before we dive in, there is an important reminder: there is NO AFTERNOON PRACTICE at Whitworth on Thursday, July 15. Originally, we thought we could have a shorter practice, but we have been asked by Whitworth to cancel practice due to a Whitworth-sponsored event at the Aquatic Center. We apologize for the late notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you!

Our team absolutely dominated the Starlight Invitational in Wenatchee, breaking tons of team records and winning the team high point championship. Click here to read the details of our awesomeness.
August Practice Schedule
We are offering practices Monday thru Friday during the month of August for all swimmers; our last practice will be Friday, August 27. Remember: the Whitworth Aquatic Center will close for maintenance on July 30, so all practices will be held at Witter Pool. Here is a slightly revised/updated practice schedule:
MASTERS: 6:00-7:30 AM
SENIORS: 8:00-10:00 AM
REGIONALS: 8:00-10:00 AM
AGE GROUP: 8:00-9:15 AM
RIPPLES: 9:15-10:00 AM Mon-Wed-Fri
RECREATION: 9:15-10:00 AM Tue-Thu
Fall Kickoff: September 13!
Our first practice of the fall will be Monday, September 13 at the Whitworth Aquatic Center. Our fall/winter schedule will be similar to our previous fall/winter schedules, and will run from September 13 until March 25, 2011. Details to follow!
