Sr. Sectionals Recap

Sr. Sectionals Recap

6 Swat swimmers piled into a van, drove 6 hours to Gresham, OR.  Swimming fast was what we were about, and Senior Sectionals was the destination.  The region’s fastest swimmers met for 5 days of competition, at the Mouth Hood Community College pool (arguably the nicest outdoor facility in the northwest.)  Our small team of athletes trained up to 4.5 hours a day for the last 4 months in preparation… and it paid off.  17 new SWAT Records, 2 Inland empire Records, one Sectional Champion (setting 2 meet records), and many other best times were the result of months of hard work.  Here’s a quick glance at some of the highlights.  Also, you can log into our flo-swimming account to re-live the races on-line.
