Good-bye Coach Ariana!!!  Wednesday, July 28: 5:30 PM

Please come on over to Whitworth tomorrow at 5:30 PM to say good-bye to Coach Ariana.  After over 5 years of coaching the Waves, she is moving to China to teach at an International School in Ningbo.  We will have a good-bye party during practice on Wednesday, July 28.  Help thank Coach Ariana for her years working with our kids and help send her off in style on her China-adventure.

Senior Sectional Recap

Inland Empire Long Course Championships--July 30-August 1: Witter Pool, Spokane, WA

56 Spokane Waves swimmers will participate in the IES Championships starting this Friday at Witter Pool.  These swimmers have worked hard to achieve their time standards, and are looking to beat times, break records, and win races against the best swimmers in northern Idaho, eastern Washington, and northeastern Oregon.  Here are the links to the Timeline and Psyche Sheet.

August Practice Schedule

Please check the calendars for the August practice schedule.  All afternoon practices at Whitworth are cancelled for the month, due the facility being closed for maintenance.  All practices will be held at Witter Pool, Monday-Friday.  Our final summer practice will be Friday, August 27.

Fall Kickoff--September 13 & 14: Whitworth Aquatic Center

All returning swimmers will return to practice on Tuesday, September 14 at 5:30 PM at the Whitworth Aquatic Center.  Please log into your accounts to make sure that they are completely reconciled by the end of August.  If you have any questions, contact either Teri Madill ([email protected]) or Coach Kevin ([email protected]).

We will have open tryouts for new swimmers on Monday, September 13 beginning at 5:30 PM!
