Before we get into that, here's a general update on the team: things are going very, very well!  We have by far the largest group of swimmers we've ever had in Spokane, and Cheney is nearly 50 strong.  On top of that, our award winning coaching staff is six strong and is working hard to help the kids improve.

A huge thank you to all of our parents who are bringing kids to practice and encouraging them to work hard--keep up the good work!

Red/Green Developmental Meet--December 4: Whitworth Aquatic Center

We will host our annual Red/Green Meet on Saturday, December 4.  Entries will be due November 30.

Jingle Bell Splash Invitational--December 10-12: Coeur d'Alene, ID

Don't miss this fantastic meet at a great facility just down the road; entries are due November 30.
