Happy Tuesday! It’s 1-11-11; perhaps we’ll try and send this out at 1:11…anyway, we are 1 month away from the start of Junior Champs! Woo!

The big news: CHAMPS, CHAMPS, CHAMPS. February is a huge month, so please plan on attending Junior Champs in Lewiston over the weekend of February 11-13. Sign ups are due on February 1; here is the hotel block information.
Here is a list of qualifiers, with events, for IES Senior Champs at the end of February. Those entries will be due on Tuesday, February 15. If you qualify for Senior Champs at Junior Champs, you are allowed to attend!
On Thursday, January 20, our own Roger and Jessi Thompson will give a nutrition talk to all swimmers and parents from 5:30-6:30 PM. The location is still TBD, so we’ll let you know next week. Don’t miss this great talk!
