Since we all worked so hard at the Shamrock Meet this weekend, we are going to take a much needed breather on Monday.

ALL PRACTICES, FOR ALL GROUPS, AT BOTH EASTERN AND WHITWORTH ARE CANCELLED.

If you are attending Age Group Sectionals, there will be a workout for you at either EWU or Whitworth.
