We've extended the deadline for Summer Solstice, held here in Spokane,  to midnight tonight--don't miss it! 

There will be a Developmental Swim Meet on Thursday, June 30 at Witter Pool.  We highly recommend that all swimmers of all ages and abilities sign up for this meet.

If you missed the banquet and need to pick up your participation award, please talk with your coach.

NO PRACTICE AT WHITWORTH ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY due to the Tri-City Invite.

Cheney's schedule is normal on Friday.
