76 athletes from the Spokane Waves joined the nearly 600 swimmers from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana at the 2011 Summer Solstice Meet at Witter Pool.

Fourteen team records were set during the weekend competition, eight of which were individual and six came in relays. Kaylee Beck’s team record in the 200 butterfly was especially sweet, as she achieved her first ever Senior Sectional qualifying time.
