While the weather wasn't the best, we  swam quite well at Summer Solstice.  Here's the recap.

There will be a long course Developmental Meet on Thursday, June 30 at Witter Pool.  This is a fantastic opportunity for all swimmers, especially our younger and newer ones, to get some races in a long course pool.  Click here to sign up.

We'll be having a Team Party in the park after the Developmental Meet on Thursday, June 30.  More information to come!

Entries for the Starlight Invitational in Wenatchee are due next Tuesday, June 26; click here to sign up.

We forgot to mention that Coach Rory spent last week training with legendary swim coach Nort Thornton, the former head coach of the Cal-Berkeley and a breaststroke guru.  He then competed at the Santa Clara International Meet, racing against tons of Olympic athletes, and finished 16th in the 100 breast and 31st in the 200 breast.  Not a bad way to spend a week...

Coach Keddy will be taking next week off.  Therefore, there will be NO DRYLAND for Age Group and Regionals from Monday, June 27 through Friday, July 1. Practices will end at 6 PM.
