The Starlight Invitational is this weekend in Wenatchee.  We’ll upload a timeline when we get it on the event page.

Keddy and Serena will run Whitworth and Cheney practices at normal times on Friday.  Keddy will also offer a Saturday practice for Seniors and Regionals from 7:00 – 9:00 at Whitworth.

The first ever Summer Plunge Masters Meet is Saturday, July 23 at Witter Pool.  Click here to read all about it.

Inland Empire Summer Champs in the Tri-Cities is fast approaching.  Please get your entries in ASAP.  There are qualifying times, so as you do your entries, any event that appears in RED you are not allowed to compete in.

On Monday, August 1, all practices will be cancelled.  There will be practice for Zone, Junior National, Senior National, and World University Games swimmers.

Starting on Tuesday, August 2, all practices will move to the Witter Pool.  Whitworth and EWU will do some annual maintenance, so we’ll run all practices outside with the following schedule:

Seniors:          8:00 – 10:00

Regionals:      8:00 – 10:00

Age Group:    8:00 – 9:30

Ripples:          9:30 – 10:00

Recreation:    9:30 – 10:00 (M-W-F only)

Masters:         6:00 – 7:30
