SUMMER CHAMPS IS COMING!  We've placed 2nd the last two years at the Inland Empire Long Course Champs Meet, and we'd love to do it again or even challenge for 1st.  That mean, we'll need YOU! 

Tri-Cities is hosting the meet over the weekend of July 29-31; please get your entries in ASAP.  Entries are due next Tuesday,  July 19.

Senior practice at Whitworth is cancelled on Thursday.  Age Group practice will be in the water from 5:00-6:30; Ripples will be normal time from 6:00-6:45.  Regional swimmers are welcomed to attend Age Group practice as well.

The first ever Summer Plunge Masters Meet is Saturday, July 23 at Witter Pool.  Click here for all of the info.

All practices on Monday, August 1 are cancelled.  There will be a workout for swimmers who are attending Zones, Junior National, Senior National, and World University Games swimmers.

Starting on Tuesday, August 2, all practices will be held at Witter Pool.  Whitworth and EWU will close for maintenance.  Here is the practice schedule:

Seniors: 8:00 – 10:00

Regionals: 8:00 – 10:00

Age Group: 8:00 – 9:30

Ripples: 9:30 – 10:00

Recreation: 9:30 – 10:00 (M-W-F only)

Masters: 6:00 – 7:30
