LET’S GO CHAMPS TEAM!  2011 Inland Empire Long Course Champs is this weekend in Pasco, WA.  We are fired up and ready to rock! 

When we receive the timeline and psyche sheet from the meet host, they’ll be posted here.

Here is the Senior Sectional Recap.  If Champs is half as good, then we are amazing.  It’s seriously worth a read—the meet was insanely awesome!  Strong work everyone!

There will be a Developmental Swim Meet held at Witter Pool on Tuesday, August 16.  Details are still being finalized, but click here to enter.

There are some changes to the practice schedule this week for Cheney; please click here for details.

The final Whitworth practice of the summer will be Wednesday.  There will be no Whitworth practice on Thursday and Friday due the Champs Meet.

Due to Champs, ALL PRACTICES on Monday, August 1 are cancelled.  There will be a morning workout at Witter for all swimmers attending Zones, Junior Nationals, Nationals, and World University Games. 

Starting on Tuesday, August 2, all practices will be held at Witter Pool, as EWU and Whitworth will close for maintenance.  Here is the practice schedule for the month of August:

Seniors                                 8:00 – 10:00 AM

Regionals                             8:00 – 10:00 AM

Age Group                          8:00 – 9:30 AM

Ripples                                 9:30 – 10:00 AM

Recreation                          9:30 – 10:00 AM (Mon/Wed/Fri only)

Masters                               6:00 – 7:30 AM                 

Last practice of the summer will be Friday, August 26. 

Fall practices will begin the week of September 12—details to come!
